a crm you can't see
(or don't need to look at)
icantcrm lets you manage client relationships by simply editing suggested emails and sending them.
How it works
-
1
Copy one Google Sheet
Your data lives in a Sheet you own. The engine comes bundled with it — nothing to install on your computer.
-
2
It reads your inbox
icantcrm scans your recent threads with each contact to understand where every relationship stands.
-
3
Drafts appear in Gmail
Each day you get ready-to-send drafts in your voice, plus a short list of next actions — labeled and waiting in your drafts.
What you get
Drafts in your voice
It learns how you actually write from your sent mail, so outreach sounds like you — not a template.
Next-action recommendations
A daily, prioritized list of who needs a nudge and why, based on real conversation history.
Call notes by email
Email yourself "call with Jane Smith" and the note is logged to the right contact automatically.
Optional texting
Bring SMS into the same timeline so every touchpoint with a contact lives in one place.
crm, waiting in your Gmail. It stays in your account
- Your data never leaves Google. The engine runs as a script inside your own Sheet and Gmail.
- You own it. No third-party server stores your emails or contacts.
- Your choice of AI. Use the included assistant or bring your own Claude key.
Questions
Is my email data safe?
Yes. icantcrm runs entirely inside your own Google account as a script attached to your Sheet. Your emails and contacts are never sent to an outside server or seen by anyone else.
What's the "unverified app" screen I've heard about?
Because you install icantcrm directly from a copied template (not the Google Workspace Marketplace), Google shows a one-time notice that the app isn't verified. That means Google hasn't audited it — not that it's unsafe. Every self-installed Sheets script shows it. We walk you through the exact click after you sign up.
What does it cost?
You can run it with the included managed AI, or plug in your own Claude API key and pay Anthropic directly. Pricing details are shared during onboarding.
Do I need to learn a new tool?
No. You work entirely from Gmail — you review and send drafts, and you give commands by emailing yourself. The Sheet is just where your data lives.
Ready to try it?
Connect your Gmail and you'll be set up in about three minutes.
