What icantcrm accesses

icantcrm runs as a Google Apps Script inside a Google Sheet that you own. With your authorization it reads your recent Gmail messages and creates Gmail drafts on your behalf, and it reads and writes the data in your own Sheet.

Where your data lives

Your emails, contacts, and CRM data remain within your own Google account. The script does not transmit your email content or contacts to any server operated by icantcrm.

AI processing

To generate summaries, suggested actions, and draft emails, relevant excerpts of your communications are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. If you supply your own API key, that processing is billed to and governed by your own account with the provider.

The signup form on this site

If you enter your email address on this website, we store it solely to contact you about icantcrm. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. Ask us anytime to delete it.
